When you entered a wrong pin number three times the phone asks you for a PUK number. The PUK code is generally eight digit number. This PUK number is an unlocking code which helps you to unlock the phone and use it. If you enter a wrong PUK number 10 times than you simcard gets rejected. Then you will have to buy a new simcard. It might happen that your phone might ask you for PUK2 after you enter your PUK number. You can find the PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack. If you do not have this then contact your phone service provider. Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once they have confirmed your identity to prevent any stolen SIM access.

reset the cache setting and restore the handset
and try from " go to address option",, u will be able to access thes services,
try using the opera mini browser for n73.you can just search on google and can easily download and transfer to your cellphone.

You van call the customer care of the service provider and ask for the settings andsettings can be entered in Settings > Connection > Access Points.

If it does not work enter the settings and switch off and switch on again .

And atlast check whether the packet data connection is switched to 'allowed' in the settings.

Hi there format the memory card and then insert. Some how few data is corrupt and that why mobile hang after insert the card.

you can make reformat then make sure all filles must be in memory card the refomat to be start

Reset your phone. Enter *#7370# from standby screen. Then it request the code is 12345. Or turn off your phone, and then hold *+3+ call button (green button). And turn on your phone. Keep holding until the word nokia is appearing.
CAUTION: IT WILL DELET ALL OF YOUR DATA IN PHONE MEMORY. So, please make a backup first. Please rate us in fixya if i'm helpful

Switch-off your phone. 1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone. Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show! 2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory setting.

All you have to do is....
gently loosen all the screw in the phone, open up to ensure that the terminal is still in contact with the panel. if it is still OK, gently recouple the phone properly and don't over tighten the screw.
I assure you that the camera will start working immediately.
BUT IF THE TERMINAL CONTACT WITH THE PANEL IS DISCONNECTED,
get a soldering Iron (smallest size) connected to electricity, when it gets hot,take it very close to the spot (terminal) and touch the soldering Iron with a little quantity of heat silver that suits the position, and the heat silver will melt, then gum it with the liquid it brings out.
Immediately it will get dried, gently couple the phone and the camera will work
NOTE

Ensure that the hear silver doesn't drop on any other spot of the phone.

The spacer of the camera inside of the phone needs to be replaced its only a small rubber or thin plastic circular shape.

You can get the unlock code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.
This site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

First, backup your data on phone's memory to memory card like contacts, messages, etc. And then perform a master reset by enter *#7370# from standby screen, the standard phone's code for nokia is 12345. After all, you should to backup all of your data from memory card to PC, and then format your memory card and restore all of your data from PC to memory card. Good luck.....

In fact , there are two way to solve the problem,
1. delete the themes files in you mobile. you can install a software such as AppMan in your mobile and then delete the theme files that located in the directory e:\system\skins\ .
2. you also can delete it by useing card reader , but you must change your computer setting --- show all hidden files and all system files.

for n73 there no need of smart movies software the sofrtware is inbuilt and if u want a software go for ovg player it supports

first go to contacts select mark all and copy contacts to memory card, see that memory card is not locked as well ther should be no password for memory card this is important, next go to memory card from setting select option and choose backup phone memory.
next remove battery after switching phone off.
insert battery hold * 3 and green call button together and press power on.
beware this will delete all user data on phone including contacts.
phone will restart with time zone if you have done format properly, otherwise try again by repeting.
