What this Err. means is an error code indicating that the new battery inthe phone is not compatible with your motorola phone capacity.

What you are to do to solve the phone problem is to take the phone to the store and the older battery that work with the phone from the start and make a replacement of it.

Note:make sure that the newly battery is as same as the older battery.

just try the following..
connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)...
found out whether it is charging or not...
if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger

Hello, when a phone does not charge, it means that the phone charger or the port at which the charger is inserted in the phone is faulty.

Might be due to dust or dirt. You can Clean charging port on the phone with a brush and alcohol to remove dirt.

After cleaning it,if still not charging, you can test charger with another phone to be sure if the charger is working. And ifcharger works with another phone,that means the charging port on the phone is faulty and will need to replaced.
