LG's
service manual troubleshooting section suggests the F9 code could be
due to line voltage, magnetron, inverter module, "Relay 2", or a loose
connection between door/magnetron/control PCB (Power Control Board).
Other indications might
help narrow down these choices before having to pull out your multimeter
and crack open the microwave case; for example, if the microwave works,
but heats slowly, then the troubleshooting manual narrows your choices
down to magnetron or line voltage problems, and pretty much rules out
the other possiblities.
In other cases, F9 error code indicates an inverter failure. This can sometimes by
caused by a power surge or glitch through the electrical lines. You can
sometimes clear this fault by completely unplugging the microwave for 1
minute. Plug it back in and see if the fault code returns. If it
does, then you have an internal component failure that will need to be
serviced by a technician.

My circut breaker keeps triping. i need to know
Most domestic microwave ovens draw arount 1kWatt on microwave and the same again for convection.
If it is a European country (230Volts) maximum power will be 10 Amps, 20 Amps on 110Volts.
If the breaker is an RCD type, you have an earth line fault!
Gold Star 1515W microwave not heating up and when
The magnetron (the part that heats the food) may be bad or the circuitry to the magnetron may have burned out. Basically my advice is that if you have no electrical expertise, it isn't worth fixing. The magnetron if bad, costs almost as much as a new microwave. If you open it up (make sure it has been unplugged for a few hours and don't seen any obvious burnt parts, then most likely the magnetron is done and a new microwave is the way to go.
Let me know how this works out for you.

Everything seems to be working but will not cook
This happens because of a bad door switch . The plastic mounts inside the microwave which hold the door switches and onto which the door latches lock when you close the door .
Check also the turntable . It could be out of it's right place .
WARNING :
1:Don't slam your microwave door because this may cause the fuse to blow and this is the reason of bad door switch problem .
2: A microwave is capable of giving you a serious electrical shock even when it's unplugged , so I recommend you to call a repair technician for help .
please don't forget to rate .
good luck .

Microwave may have overheated
There are two thermal protectors which may be blown. If so, it will measure open (infinity) instead of closed (zero ohms).
One is located on the magnetron and one is on top of the oven cavity.
(There is also one located on the floor / base of the microwave but that one's not at issue.)
The magnetron thermal protector *may* be accessible by removing the control panel, but to access the oven cavity thermal protector, you will have to remove the oven from the wall.
If
so, the installation instructions here are very handy, and it's best to have
two people since the microwave can be heavy and awkward. At
our Web site, we have a video
available showing how to remove a typical
over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
