I did that too and the way I got it in was to burn the usb to a disc , then run the disc . the installer wizard took over and I had both win 7 and ubantu on the pc

If right click "save image" didn't work, try this; use prntscrn button on your keyboard to take a screen shot, choose where to save the image then open with Gimp image editor and crop out the part you don't want, save it then upload to your timeline

You don't say which version of Linux you're using. Make sure you have CUPS 1.2 installed and then search for either: lexmark-inkjet-08-driver-1.0-1.i386.rpm.sh for RPM based systems (RedHat, CentOS) or lexmark-inkjet-08-driver-1.0-1.i386.deb.sh for Debian package type systems.

If you just installed ubuntu over windows - try updating GRUB bootloader to detect windows. Ubuntu bootloader may override wiindows boot and you`ll need to get acces to your previous OS through it. Please give some more information on your problem

Nope, you may try using Wine to run them. Switch to Windows :)
