well, all you need to do is find your on computer camera software then open it. if you can't find it the go on the internet and search how to turn on camera for whatever laptop you have.

There are 3 auxilary video connections on that computer. You can use HDMI, S-video and 15 pin video connections. Your best bet is with the 15 pin connection. When you connect to that you may have to use the F5 key to change modes and make it come on.

There's some program or driver that is loading up when windows starts "normally" that's no when it starts in safe mode. Have you recently installed any new hardware? Webcam? Printer? Harddrive? if you have, go to device manager while in safe mode and remove the driver. If you installed a new program that runs automatically during start up, then use MSCONFIG to change it from starting. Again, do this from safe mode. Go to start > run >TYPE: msconfig and then ok, and then the tab should be called "startup". one of these two things are most likely the problem because like you said it boots in safe mode no problem, Safe mode had the computer boot with only the bare minimum drivers/software needed for start up. If neither of these two things work, then, (again, in safe mode) right click your hard drive from My computer > properties >Tools > Check now (under error checking)

Try to get a cd cleaning kit to clean the lens of the cd player. if that dose not work it mite be that you will have to replace the cd player

well first try to start your laptop in save mode, but also get some new thermal compound on your Central processing unit (CPU)

Make sure its open in fire wall, if no joy then the easiest way would be to uninstall and re-install it, i think there's a restart on this but if it don't restart it you will be better off doing it before installing it, hope this helps ;))

Even if your OBS (?) tells you DirectX 10 is required but your hardware cannot support it, then you cannot install it.
