3. Confirm if the Keyboard is wired or Wireless
Information:
Ensure that batteries are new for the wireless keyboards as drained batteries can

Steps:
Clear
Turn on Filter Keys, or adjust the settings to a quicker rate for Windows Vista and Windows 7
Clear the Use
Filter keys check box, and then click
OK for XP
adjust your keyboard's repeat delay and rate settings
Drag the Repeat delay: slider to Short
Drag the Repeat rate: slider to Fast
Click OK.
Close all windows
Is issue persists, Reinstall the Drivers
