Several possibilities: if copying using the ADF - clean the glass under the ADF feed. If a print is the same as a copy - check the toner cartridge. This type of cartridge collects heaps of junk in the waste chamber which interferes with the print when nearly empty. If neither of those - dust on the imaging scanner = refer to service dude.

Use the self cleaning and alignment function, you shouldnt have to clean it inside it can do this itself.

There is dirt on the ADF glass. Normally to the left of the flat bed glass, there is a thin glass strip. Clean it with a damp cloth.

double click on printer print queue opens make sure all print job is cancledthe click file and set printer online cabel must beconnected.Left click on printer and make sure you select the corect printer port or above will not work

Did you pull out the orange/red tape?

Check if there is an good connection between cartridge and pin at the right side of crg. inside crg.holder( a little pin wich goes in and out when you open or close cover )

Try with old crg. if it works the problem is new crg.

Ensured that you fitted the toner properly, removing the cello strip.
Try removing the toner cartridge, shaking the cartridge for few seconds, then re-fitting the toner. After this unplug printer power cord for two minutes. Connect back and restart the printer.
If that does not work, try cleaning the printer inside. Residual toner on toner contacts can cause this problem.

Hi there,

• Unplug the printer cable from the computer.
• Unistall the printer drivers from Device manager and also unistall the all the printer appications
• restart the computer
• try to download drivers from the website
• after installing drivers and software it will ask you to connect the printer.
• then you can connect the printer and and try to Print the test page.

u have remove toner form the printer then u can remove by hand

ImageCLASS covers about 40 models of different sizes and features. The most likely reasons are; White Out in the document feeder scan strip. Torn paper somewhere in the paper path. A bad developer roller.
