It's a network printer and I don't know if it's got USB. You can download drivers from the Toshiba website but they don't go to Window 7 or Vista but XP drivers will probably work. To network the printer make sure you have the Ethernet cable plugged from the printer to your hub so it's online. The printer can tell you what IP address it's on. You put yourlaptop on the same network and the driver should be able to find the printer. You may need to assist it by telling it the printers IP address. If you have an IT person get them to set it up.

[C21] indicates CIS unit initialization error.Does the CIS case move to its home position when the power is turned ON?If YES, check the CIS home position sensor follow by MAIN board.If NO, check SCAN motor.

Try remove the SRAM board and few secs, then perform *+1+3.

You can unable the control of the toner level.You have to enter the 08 mode (press 0 and 8 keys simultaneos and turn the machine on), than enter code 695 than press start and than set the value to 0. Confirm the choise with enter key.

dude firstly you need to connect it to your machine viya usb cable or ethernet cable then you need to install its dribvers in ur comkputer and then make it ur default printer then u ll can send the printouts to it
