Select another tray or bypass tray and set it the same size as the damage tray .. Pull out the tray of the damage tray so it will not be detected. When you printout it will select the other tray of the same size.Select the tray from the properties in your computer if not selecting automatically ..

The printer cable is too long so there is delay or no data transfer will result. Try to limit your printer cable to max. 3 meters..

Have you also try 08 388? , maybe it will help?

Go to control panel press 0 8 and then press power on batton wait for some few minutes then press 400 u will find digits then change those digits to 0 there and then u will b e helped thanks
