That should go away on its own with the introduction of the input. If it is on even when something is playing than it is in the settings menu under video display.

usually that symptoms cause of faulty t-con board..but before you do that kindly play dvd on your tv and look at the picture if still persisted just change the t-con board to works fine again

1. From the menu set the TV back to default options.
2. Check and see if you have the same problem from different inputs, try watching a dvd or game console.
