hello, you will need the power step down transformer. i understand the voltage supply in uk are at 220v here it is 120v

they have an adapter for the plug and hopefully you can find the tranformer for it. then you should be able to use it ..

Just look in the menu options for "Sleep mode" and set it to OFF! If that doesn't work, try unplugging the television for an hour or set. That usually resets it to the factory default setting. You might be able to reset it by looking in the menu options and select "Factory Reset" and that should reset the Sleep mode. Hope that helps!!

tried to disconnect any connector hooked in the tv unit, if still the same issue at this time you are going to remove the rear cover of your tv. and then tried with re seating connectors at the 2 buffer board.

If you have tried using different input devices, looked for loose contactsin power outlet, RC Jack, cable and connectors, the TV might need service. Also look for any jammed buttons on remote.

The problem might be in the input cable connector, if it is same in all channels or in some channels. After making sure there is no lose contact in the connector, if the problem persists, there is a problem in the tuner/if section of the TV. (May be a leaking or burst capacitor!)
