Saya ada tv led polytron , saat dalam keadaan mati tv saya nyala kan dgn remote tapi tidak keluar gambar sedangkan ada suara dan lampu nya. Lalu saya coba matikan dan hidupkan lagi tetap sama gambar tidak ada sedangkan suara dan cahaya ada, setelah beberpa kali saya on of percobaan ke tiga smpai ke 4 lalu tv menyala dgn normal... kira kira kendala nya apa ya...pls di kasih pencerahan

Can't say this for sure, but if it's a power supply problem, take the TV apart and access the power supply (unplug it, of course). Look at all of the capacitors (the little round cans with 2 wires either coming out the bottom or one coming out on either end). If they appear to be bulging (you can tell a good one from a bad one very easily), they're most likely bad and many times replacing those will solve your power supply problem.

This can be one of two problems. The backlight inverter board is bad # BN44-00235B <or A $60-80
Or one of your backlights is bad/broken. Not a easy repair. Single lamp is about $16-25 whole kit $150. But finding a great tech who can or will take the screen/light box apart to do it will be the biggest task. Takes about 3 hrs to do. And if you do NOT know what you are doing,you will damage the screen.
Then you just throw it away. But if your lucky, it might just be a bad connection. If it comes one after it goes off. But if it just flashes on for a couple seconds then does not come back on, Most likely bad backlight/or inverter. It goes in to protection mode.I have seen in a couple of Sony's it being the T-con board "LCD control"board do the same. $60-125
I wish I could give you better news. It is not easy to tell the problem on that without testing out each lamp "15-20 of them w/a lamp tester" or checking out each transformer on the inverter board. Verry time consuming. This is why I push the Extended Warenty. LCD's still have bugs to weed out. Plasma's are even worse.

moved you from computes to TV ok? well it can be any board seen inside, did you look first? power supply or logic boards. with no test equipment?, all you can do is guess. so start with the cheapest part. make sense?

MY TV It will get worse. if it self shuts down make sure vents at rear are call clean.

moved you to TV out of computers the model i picked is wrong but fixya is not samsung at all. and only few models indexed. smart TV sure, well do all the other streaming apps all fail too? if yes then the internet connection is bad. dont use wifi, it is hard to use, and very weak , slow and can overload easy for sure lots of neighbors on same wifi channels. so use ethernet cable cat 5/6 connect it to the router from TV to Router direct wired, see it does work, and now you know why it didnt before (WIFI sux deal)

hello: wifi , is not reliable. use Etherent cable from TV to router ! wins !you posted TVs to Computers, so will move you.what TV o TV model stated.MAC, how is it connected, to your router? all that tells me is the internet works on the mac. as does its browser..I will assume the TV shows, can not connect to local LAN , errors, (wifi in this case) gee use Ethernet cable.not netfix login failure not like me using 3 TVs to netflix, with a 2 TV max same time account. I'd be looking at your internet speed. Sometimes when there are a lot of users at the same time the speed is reduced that will cause that. Have your provider test the modem to see if it is passing the speed you're paying for.

Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main digital board.

Forgive on this one but I do not have a soundbar but wonder if it has any other connections like phono for input as to me hdmi would be a strange choice. Hdmi leads are mostly alike in they are fully wired and carry a wire which directs a device to listen to it when turned on, also some hdmi sockets (like the old scart) are blessed with options. Some may be input only while others set for in and out so it may be worth swapping connections on your TV to see if this changes the habit, though for me I would look to see if this soundbar has other sockets to use like phono (same with your TV if it has phono or scart socket options). Your TV instructions may show their ideal connection setup, otherwise you will have to shutdown your other item to stop it commanding the TV to switch through its sound. This "problem" is an old one with people using scart leads then I used to cut pin 8 (its control wire handing the descision to a user) but this new lead combo I do not know. Hope this helps.........

Sounds like someone is ripping you off or never works on repairing TV before, jhe ust gives you high estimate and charge you alot just for the estimate alone. That kind of repair shop gives all repair shops bad name.

It sounds like your tele maybe in store demo mode..To remedy this press the side button for volume up & whilst the volume up is displayed on the screen press & hold menu...On screen should be either Store/Shop mode Or Home/Standard mode select your preference & it should be ok.Good luck.
