2. Inicie el programa Media Converter for Philips.
(Ubicación: Inicio --> Todos los programas --> Media Converter for Philips)

3. Haga clic en el botón Add DVD (Añadir DVD) de Media Converter.

www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/knowledgecenter/howto/mp11/sync.aspx

IMPORTANTE: En función de la potencia de procesamiento de su ordenador, la transferencia o conversión a un DVD puede durar varias horas.

Hi, How to Download Music to the Philips GoGear

The Philips GoGear Micro Jukebox is a portable MP3 player that plays MP3 files and WMA files and also displays photos. Download music, copy it to the GoGear player and enjoy your tunes everywhere you go.

Things You'll Need:

* Philips GoGear and USB cable
* Internet connection
* Online music download service
* Secure method of making online payments
* Windows Media Player software

Download music in MP3 or WMA formats. You can buy songs from many online sources. If you choose to buy from iTunes, be aware that you will need to convert them from the native iTunes format to MP3 files. The iTunes software will do this for you.

Import the songs to your Windows Media Player Library if they are not already there. Windows Media Player can be set to check for new files in certain folders each time it launches, so this might happen automatically.
.
Connect the Philips GoGear device to your computer with the USB cable and click on the "Sync" tab in Windows Media Player. Drag songs you want to copy to the "Sync list" on the right-hand side of the Windows Media Player window.

Click on the "Start Sync" button at the bottom of the list pane when you have all of the songs on the list. You should be able to check at the top of the list pane to see how much space is available on your MP3 player in order to make sure you have enough room.

Wait while the files transfer and then disconnect the player from your computer. You may have to click on "Safely Remove Hardware" in your system tray (usually on the bottom right corner of the screen) depending on your computer.

Have a nice day..

My gogear is not working

  1. If your Philips GoGear is not turning on, the battery is more than likely shot. Open up the back of the unit by removing any screws you find, and then carefully removing the back. A guitar pick can help separate the back cover without scratching anything.
  2. Find the part number off of your battery and go to: http://www.partstore.com/OpenSearch/Model/Royal+Philips+Electronics/Philips.aspx
  3. Type in your part number and click Go.
  4. When your new battery comes in, install it in replace of the old one.
  5. When your GoGear is back together, plug it in to the charger and let it charge for about an hour before attempting to turn it back on.
  6. If you are still having problems with your device, you will need to contact Philips at: 1-888-744-5477, Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST, Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Excluding Major Holidays
