Plug it into a USB port on your computer. If it doesn't open on the screen, click Start, click Computer and locate your devise on the list of drives and discs, right click on the devise name then left click Open on the drop-down menu. The device files should display. You can then drag and drop any music files to any folder on your PC, normally your Music or My Music folder.

My Coby MP305-4G mp3 files

Hello,
The device may not be detected by Win7, that can only be detected w/ other OS version, cause i have the same problem w/ win 7 ultimate 32bit, the Magic Jack is not working but it will work w/ win Vista and XP. try getting the SP1 for win 7 and install driver for that device and see if it will work, or you can also try installing vista on one of the partition and see if that will work.
Thank you for Using Fixya

My mp3 says file format

It's possible that the file type of the music file(s) you are trying to listen to are not a supported format of your mp3 player. Your player only supports MP3 and WMA audio formats. You should check the music files you are tying to play to confirm they are of a compatible format.
