It will switch Off automatically, just leave it as it is.
This voice recorder does not have any particular power on-off switch so it will switch off automatically.

easiest way is to record the sound, by sound recorder, or use convertor softwares for sound

Could it be because de VOR function is activated?

You should use the computer with Digital Voice Editor software to have more options when trabscribing. You could then use the transcribing keys to playback your recordings and regulate the velocity of the playback.
