Replace internal battery remove 1 screw located at upper left side control panel.which holds the lithium battery holder.Note: make sure to place the correct polarity when installing the new battery. Good Luck.

Check lift plate and shaft. Look behind tray for paper jammed on lift motor gear. Check lift motor for damage.

It depends on what you are wanting to reset/restore on this machine...you either go through the parameters or adjustments on this unit depending on the issue.

Inside the lift motor housing, a gear fits into a molded piece of the housing. The molded piece is broke.

Replace the toner cartridge. Part number, it is a DQ-TUJ10K

clean glass - if only when copy from document feeder, check the narrow glass strip at extreme left side - use alcohol or window cleaner. You can place the paper with mark on glass to locate exact area to check
