The reason you are not able to print is color may be because the administrator has set the printing not to allow color printing
You will need to check the settings in the print driver to see what has been allowed or not allowed

Is the polygonal motor rotating?
NO 1. Check if the connector CN352 on the LGC board is disconnected.
2. Check if the harness is open-circuited or the connector pin is disconnected.
3. Check if the conductor pattern on the LGC board is short- or open-circuited.
4. Replace the laser optical unit.
5. Replace the LGC board.
YES
Is the printed image distorted?
YES 1. Check if the connector CN352 on the LGC board is almost disconnected.
2. Check if the harness is almost open-circuited or the connector pin is almost
disconnected.
3. Check if the conductor pattern on the LGC board is short- or open-circuited.
4. Check if the laser unit cooling fan is stopped.
5. Check if the suction area of laser unit cooling fan is plugged up.
6. Replace the laser optical unit.
7. Replace the LGC board.

It means that the number of reserved jobs has exceeded 100. You can either wait for the reserved jobs to be completed, or check the jobs and delete the reserved jobs

From the Service Handbook:
- Transfer belt marker detection abnormality (normal operation):
- The home position of the transfer belt cannot be detected.

Check if the sensors in the transfer belt are clean, they may be dirty. Check if they are working normally. Also, better if you install bright silver sticker or tape on the reflectors inside the belt.I have experienced that Those reflector get dusty or worn out and sensor can't check them and error occurs.

Open up your Transfer ***'y Unit , Take out the Transfer Belt see if your Silver Marking Stickers behind the transfer belt missing or very dirty.Check the Silver marking censor inside the Tranfer ***'y Unit..it will solved the problem.

You will not be able to, because the primary drivers for the Toshiba E-Studio 3511 Color Copier, are too old for the Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard printer.

As you already may be experiencing, the range of use for your Toshiba E-Studio 3511 may work with various generic drivers and will not improve due to the Toshiba printer's incompatibility with Mac OS X 10.4 - 10.6.

You will in fact, always have a very limited to basic use of this Toshiba Color copier in Snow Leopard, because the driver support stopped at Mac OS X 10.3 Panther and there are not even any drivers for Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger for this Toshiba printer.

Step 1:- Switch off the machine Step 2:- Press 0 & 5 simultaneously Step 3:- Switch on machine. Step 4:- The display shows test mode. Step 5:- enter code 200 Step 6:- the machine starts automatic adjustement of auto toner sensor , and when the display shows adjust mode then press enter on the display. Step 7:- Now switch off & on and check the problem should be resolved. If problem continues then maybe, changing your developer may solve the issue.

try rest the copier by switch on the copier while pressing '0&8" enter 690 press start button enter 2 press enter key on touch screen, wait till you see 'Reboot the machine: It is communication err.

U might need to check your laser unit...
