Sharp MX-2610N printer can't set-up the print job (for labels from by pass tray) from my desktop computer.

Some documents like word override the settings... you need to change/save within your document you are printing. page layout and then page set up

Blue line in middle of the colored copy how can I fix

What color is the blue line showing up in??? If it is a green color there is a problem with the yellow drum or developer > I the color is a purple color then there is a problem with the magenta drum unit or developer unit.... Odds are you may need a service tech to come out & do a general cleaning...... Good Luck

Most likely the back light is blown out....try shining a flashlight down on to the displat and you might be able to see the display but this will reqire a qualified tech to repair
