On some of these models you need to purchase an upgrade to print PDFs, it should still print tiff files though. Also it can be picky about which thumb drive you are using. you will want a drive that has basically no security features. anything that requires a password is for sure a no go, Even so I have found it hit and miss with thumb drives. one of them may possible 1 did u turn toner bottle gear if it,s tight change toner bottle 2 did u check toner detector which is a micro electronic card rear of toner bottle if u have another tested card just swap it hope fully it would be fine let me know thank,s

Hi Open door on right, should be to blue screws holding the fuser unit in, remove the screws, then pull out fuser using the grey handles at either end of the unit. Cheers Andy

Most of the time it means nothing. Do this.
On the consol, press # * C *,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, or P * C *.
Then enter the number 24,, press start. Then press 4, reset that counter. then 24 ,,, 5 reset that. 24,,,, 7 reset that .
The machine should run fine. Those are just numbers that are entered in the memory to make money most of the time.

Enter the following: P * C * the screen should now be showing "enter simulation" enter "62" and press the b&w copy key. Now press "08", this as you will see from the list is the code to format the HDD. Don't panic, this doesn't touch any of the system area. Now press "Execute" on the touch screen (note it turns black). Now press "Yes" to confirm, this can take up to an hour to complete in extreme cases. Please be patient, it's worth the wait. Once the simulation has finished, the "Execute" button will return to its clear state (not black) and you can press "CA" to complete and end simulation. Good Luck
