Grab the cartridge's sealing tape on the side of the cartridge and pull the tape firmly away from the cartridge. The sealing tape contains a plastic end piece for grasping it, usually in a different color than the toner cartridge.3Continue pulling the sealing tape until it is completely out of the cartridge.
