First you need to activate GPRS in your sim card after that the network provider will give you one settings.you want to save this settings. and now your mobile is ready to use internet. you can connect your phone to pc through samsung pc studio then you can use internet in pc from mobile. otherwise you can use internet in your phone by using any of browser....

Please check whether the pc studio is compactable to the os in your pc xp will supportthe CD that you got with mobile . But for vista you need to download vista supported pc studio...

reset by using *2767*3855# you will lose all data on the phone

remove cover and battery and sim etc remove 4 screws that you see using a opening tool or an old sim card run it round the first seam and it will seperate. remove the centre screw and the plug next to it and remove the block by lifting up.carefully free the camera button and volume flex from there position at the side then lift the lock on the thin flex at the top of the board. lift the board from the bottom of the phone and turn it over towards the top so that you can undo the plug flex then the board can be removed the small thin flex should just slide out. next remove the six small screws off the slide part and lift that clear,then remove the two screws that hold the last plate run opening too; up the sides and the plate will free lift it out from the bottom up.whats left is the screen and camera remove and replace what you need then rebuild in reverse using new flex

when you open the slide there is a magnet on the inside of it that operates a switch on the board therefore to operate it you need to apply a similar magnet in the correct position on the board to activate it

The previous owner of that cellphone that you purchase put a cellphone code. My best suggestion is to contact the previous owner of that cellphone. Or if there is available cellphone repair shop then they can crack the code. Just clear first that u have ever drop down ur mobile. if it so it might be the display problem. so u have to service ur mobile in a service centre only

This is against Samsung and T-Mobile terms of service and is technically illegal. We are not able to help you on this site.

Reseting the phone should be found in the tools, if you can't do it you can bring it to a local mobile both or store and they will do it for you for sure.

Try reseting the phone it might clear this up

My friend had this problem too, unfortunately I went through that phone as much as I could and other then turning all sound volumes to the highest level the only other way to fix it was to send it to the company, sorryy.
