well, i have no clue where to start, i've got like $35 bucks, and in this economic time, i ain't spending it, but i gues what u shuld do is go to my computer, u might see a picture of ur phone, or it mite say, lg vu or sumthing, and just, go through the files, OR right click, and press explore, it's more organized.

That's odd. They have too. There was a law passed by congress that unlocking phones is perfectly legal and that they must assist you with the code if you the customer ask for one.

Are you a customer? Cause that's the only deal the bill says that was passed. As long as your a customer, they MUST provide you with phone unlocking at your request.

If you are a customer and they keep refusing. I'd take the complaint to the FCC who controls the cellphone companies. Or report it with your states Attorney General's office.

Once you purchase a phone, it's legally yours to do as you wish with it.
