Most phone companies will use 0000 or 1234 as default sim pin codes. If its neither of these then it may be possible the sim pin has been changed. Usually if you enter the wrong pin to many times your phone will be locked and you will need to get a puk unlocking code from your service provider. Once you have entered the puk code your phone should give you a option to change the sim pin code

I think your samsung blackjack 2 unlock code is not correct and you trying to input that wrong samsung unlock code to many times so your phone in hardlocked state.
