i have a nokia 6500 slide and the microphone is off and some buttons don´t work as well. (the top buttons). Please help me! best regards

how to reformat nokia 6500s?
you can use *#7370# for format your phone...
or
STEP: 1. Switch off your Nokia Mobile,
STEP: 2. Press-> Call button, press-> 3, press-> *,
STEP: 3. Now Switch on your Mobile.

Turn the Mobile off and then on then type this code in (*#7780#) minus the brackets
