This is in the category of grills yet the only item I find related to a "Kenwood Gormet FP505" is a Food Processor. This is not a question, try reading it back to yourself and see what you would think if you knew nothing about what kind of grill you have, and what is wrong with it.

When you say reset the socket do you mean, you have to reset the breaker for the circuit that the AC plug is on, because the breaker has tripped? If that is the case, that means that the smoker is shorting inside and drawing too many amps. Edit; can you be more specific what you mean by reset the plug?. Edit: if this is an outdoor socket then it is likely a Ground Fault Interrupter socket (has a button on it called reset) > if the GFI is tripping it means your smoker is shunting AC power to ground (and possibly to the metal body of the cooker - which is an electrocution hazard. Same advice applies. Need details. Which smoker, manufacturer, model number?

325 is safe to 135 internal

need to test for short or jamming --with motor and other components - circuits

Is the tank nearly empty? LPG should supply at around 3.5kpa. Make sure the new tank regulator is on the correct way. There is an arrow cast onto the body showing the correct gas flow. Not sure why there is a reg on the stove. LPG units are usually only controlled from the bottle regulator. Natural gas appliances have the reg on the appliance itself. Get a gas Tech if unsure to be safe.

Dirty main burner , partially blocked aeration port, faulty gas regulator, low bottle pressure (If on LPG) Try removing and cleaning the burner.

You don't, rep;ace the piezoelectric ignitor, it is the ignitor push button. Look online for a new one.

New thermocouple? If so, controller is bad. Check eBay for a new one.

Replace the piezo electric starter and make sure it is aligned with the burner.

Check the thermocouple and calrod in the burn pot.

The thermocouple probably bad. Easy to replace.
