From what I read in the manual, it takes 4-5 hours to charge from a 'flat' state (0% charge), and a full charge will last about 3 hours. Doy you get that message always, or only when you are inside a building or close to very tall buildings? Make sure your device has a clear view to open sky, so it can find enough satellites, to calculate where it is. And if this happens, give the device enough time to find out. It could take up to one or 2 minutes before it is ready.

the same happened to my 2100 3.5 inch. any remediatons?

I know RadioShack will send things out to be repaired. They will charge $20 to send it out and they will call you to tell you what needs to be done to fix it. If you agree to getting it repaired then that $20 will be put toward the repair: but if you decline the repair then they will keep the $20 for taking a look at it.

Hello,

When a GPS system freezes,it means that the memory is either jammed or it is corrupted by unwanted application.

What to do.First remove the battery if yours uses and it will shut down, live it for a while then put the battery back and turn it on.

If it dos not come on, that means it is a software problem, it will need to be flashed due to memory loss to restore back the lost memory on the GPS system.

When you changed your charger, did you get the right one?
I bought an iGo and thought I could use the standard min usb tip. However, tip number A53 does charge and show the map.

the different voices are for different types of voice prompts and at this time there is no way to change them around, got this from Navigon support site

If you can try taking the battery out and leaving it out to see if that will reset it.
