Please remove the Memory Card and try again (try changing the wallpaper). i had same problem in n78 thay sms were not sending so i reset the phone not from factory settings i reset the whole set by pressing three buttons

Try the following options.

1. Turn off your mobile unit
2. Remove the sim card
3. Remove the battery

After you do all those, install them back again, and try to turn on the power. If you are experiencing the same problem. I suggest you should bring your phone to a service center to further check the error.
