That means the PSU( Power Supply Unit ) is not giving enough power.
Check the wattage of your PSU, it should be 500 watts or more to power up that MoBo or the PSU your using is not working anymore.

The first thing that I would do is check the MoBo's website and find a RAM compatibilty chart. Make sure that you Mobo doesnt have any know issues with your particular RAM. You may also check the RAM's website and look for compatible RAM for your MOBO. Rule this out first. The Sata F6 thing depends on the MOBO I think that most of the time you do have to f6 the drivers however on my ASUS this was not necsessay. My cut at this would be to take everything out of your system except for the few components that it requires to boot up and load the OS. RAM, Video Card, CD ROM, maybe the Floppy. Reformat your HD so that you can start over clean. Make sure that you have each cable plugged into the mobo correctly as well as the component. Reformat, then reload the OS. Start to load the system drivers one at the time rebooting after each is loaded. Pay attention to what you did last if the problem shows up again. This will probably point you to the issue. If every thing installs correctly without any problems then start putting the other hardware in one piece at the time loading the drivers andsoftware for each component then rebooting and ruung some stress test before moving to the next component.

Hi, What you have to do is shut down the machine, pull the CMOS battery(CR2032) out and out and put your jumper on pins 1-2 from 2-3. Wait 30 seconds and put the battery back in. After installing the battery, put your jumper back to pins 2-3 from 1-2. This should work.

it's a common problem of gf7100p-m7s series. Its depend on ur operating system. beoz many operating systems have their own audio drivers like windows vista. If u r using windows vista don't install audio drivers from ur motherboard disk. becoz i had faced this problem some months ago. if this is not hardware relative problem, u can see ur sound will work fine.

boot in safe mode. safe mode will not use your settings. Once you have booted in safe mode then you can reset your video card.

i think u have only two choices u have to do :

1: you disconnect the power cable from you PSU , then reset the BIOS using the jumper pre-installed on your board , check the manual for this " Clear CMOS " ,,

then try again , if not then

2: u will have to replace your bios with an updated one of the exact motherboard model , you can do this easily cause Biostar have the socket of Bios ,not mounted in the motherboard ,,,

so, i am pretty sure that its a bios issue , like 95% ,,,,
the 5% u don't wanna know it ,,,,( Bad PSU might affected the power ct. of your Board :( ,,,, but try Bios 1st....

Do you see any text at all when booting up? If so, try pressing F8 on reboot to get to the Windows Boot menu. It's not real apparent when you are supposed to do this, so once the system gets past the initial Power on Self Test, start tapping it. Select Safe Mode and see if your display loads. Set your video settings to something safe and simple like 1024 x 768. Reboot to normal Windows and begin bumping your video settings up from there until you get them where you want them.

The 34 pin connector is for your floppy drive(s) .. not for your CD drive. There is no special cable for this. 2 different interfaces alltogether.
