Blocked siphon tube from conditioner segment or blocked hose from dispenser to drum. Pull dispenser drawer out and clean in the hole where it comes out from. Then regularly do a hot wash without using any detergent or conditioner

i knew someone that had that problem, and they said they ran vinegar through the washer. I dont know how true it was, but they said they never had the problem again.

Methinks you could do with a manual- for now and later!
