We have the Ariston Margherita front loader
if the machine is full of water pump blocked or broken if machine empty needs new door interlock or pressure switch blocked or broken
FIRST switch off and unplug.
Pull machine out and remove lid by undoing self tapping screws at the top back. May have to slide lid back a bit to lift off.
Internal catch mechanism will be reachable from top for manual release. You may need someone to push door inwards while you release catch.
Good luck

Ariston Margherita 2000 "AL109X" very noisy when spinning
To start ensure that machine is well balanced, and that the load is well distributed inside the drum.
If the problem is not balancing, then the most common is a broken drum bearing spider or a bad drum bearing. A symptom of drum bearing problems is the drum having excessive play when you spin by hand.
Also struts and springs must be checked.

Leaky pump
Hi ,
Please verify the model number as there is no model found in the catalogue Margarita A1244C. Also is it a dish washer or washing machine.
Thanks

Dryer
It sounds as if you have the dryer button pressed in before you start the wash! If you don't. it is likely it is stuck in or the switch is shorting out on the back. Unless you are a competent DIYer, find someone who is to check the electrical connections and test whether the switch is working correctly.

open the filter on the bottom of the machine (water will empty out). Clear any blockage.

Dial continuously turning
hiya
to reset the dial, switch the power off, then turn the dial to a dot on the selection then switch the power on, the light should flash about 3-4 times this should be it reset.
for the machine to start doing this mid cyle though usually indicates something is wrong, i would hazard a guess at the pump filter is blocked and the mahine was trying to drain at the time it started clicking.
the best thing to do is empty the machine manually by placing the outlet hose into a bucket or large dish, once empty remove the plastic kick plate on the bottom of the machine and behind this you will find the filter.
before you unscrew the filter you will need to place some towels or old cloths on the floor as there will still be water left in the pipes, remove filter and any foreign objects (possibly coins, hair clips etc) and then screw back in. job done.
hope this helps
please dont forget to rate the helpfulness of this reply, thanks kj
