HI. I am having trouble
Hi, on all Ariston, Creda, Hotpoint, and Indesit appliances the following fault F13 on EV01 & EV02 Module type means, there is a fault with dryer thermistor. Check thermistor, associated connections and dryer fan motor.
While on the standard type, F13 means No water supply. Check all taps and hoses, also check valves.
A washer that leaks only during the spin cycle often has a leak in the main drain hose. Inspect the entire hose and correct any problem you find. Alternatively, the steel or plastic outer tubs can rust, split, or be punctured. This may be most visible during large loads and high water levels. If this happens, you may have to replace the entire outer tub--but that may not be an economical repair to make. Consult a qualified appliance repair technician for further details.

My ariston wd120 dryer does
hello,
There
are several reasons that a washing machine won't drain or spin. The
cause could be something as easy as a clog or something difficult that
will need a licensed repairman. Start with the simplest possible cause
and work down to the more difficult causes.
Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions Things You'll Need:
-
Screwdrivers, Flashlight ,Voltmeter, Wrenches ,Bucket ,Rags or mop
-
A
washing machine won't spin if the water can't drain. Check hoses for
any kinks or clogs that may prevent the water from draining. If a hose
has kinks, try to straighten out the kinked hose. If it can't be
straighten sufficiently, replace the hose. If hoses are not kinked,
check for clogged hoses. This can be done by using the screwdrivers to
remove the hoses and looking for clogs or running a water hose through
the clogged hose to remove the clog. Use the rags and bucket to clean
up the water that comes out of the hoses when they are disconnected.
Once the clog is cleared, put the drain hose back into place. The
washer should drain and spin now if a clogged or kinked hose was the
problem.
-
If
the washer still won't drain or spin, check to see if the lid is not
closing all the way or if the lid switch is not clicking into place.
Close the lid and make sure that it closes all the way down. When the
lid closes, the lid switch should click. If there is no clicking sound,
then the switch may need to be replaced. Follow manufacturer's
directions for replacing the switch. If the lid does not close all the
way, visually check for signs that the lid is bent. If bent, try to
bend it back into place.
-
Loose
or broken belts could also prevent a washing machine from draining or
spinning. Pull the washer away from the wall and, using the
screwdrivers and wrenches, remove the back panel. Using the flashlight,
visually check for any broken or loose belts. Replace any broken or
loose belts. Although replacing washing machine belts is difficult,
anyone who has replaced belts on a car, lawn mower or even a bicycle chain should be able to accomplish the task.
-
Another
possibility for a washing machine to not spin or drain is the pump.
With the back panel still off the washer, check the pump with the
voltmeter to ensure that the pump is getting power. If the washer is
getting power, turn on the washer and listen to find out if the pump is
running but the water is still not draining. It may be necessary to
remove the pump and clean it or to replace the pump with a new one.
Once the pump is replaced, turn on the washer to determine if it will
now drain and spin.
-
If
all of the above steps fail to produce a washing machine that drains or
spins, then it is time to call a professional repairman. Use the
screwdrivers and wrenches to replace the panel on the washer and push
it back against the wall.
Thanks for using fixya.

Mashine make noise and vibrating a lot
Hi, your washing machine makes noises because all the clothes and other materials are not balanced evenly--one side is heavier than the other--causing the drum to hit the sides of the washer wall.

Hi my awd12 will not take warter in or start and
Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. Usually this issue occurs due to the clogged drain line
or because of kinked drain hoses that's attached to the Drain Pump. In
many washers, a small sock or other piece of clothing can get between the
clothes tub and the outer tub that holds the water. If the clothing gets
between the tubs, it may then get into the drain hose that's attached to the
pump--or even into the pump itself. If it's in the pump, you need to remove the
hoses from the pump and pull the item out. To remove the sock from the outer
tub port, open the washer's main access panel and remove the large-diameter
rubber hose that connects the pump to the bottom of the outer tub. Then, using
needle-nose pliers try to grab and remove the clothing through the port. If the
drain line isn't plugged then the problem may be with the pump. Even if the
pump appears to be turning, the internal impeller may be broken. This issue
occurs mainly due to two things: water inlet valve going bad and/or the water
level switch. If the water inlet valve has gone bad it won't be able to fill or
will fill slowly due to debris clogged in it. If the issue is with the water
level switch then it won't tell the water to fill as this switch is to sense
the water level in the clothes tub. However, with that being said it seems that
you'll need to replace the water inlet valve. Please do accept the solution if
the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
Thanks
Rylee

Our Ariston AWD12 keeps cycling through programs.
Th e fault code indicates a problem with the dryer fan or the thermistor as being the cause of the problem. Check for broken wire.
These are located in the top of the washer, access is gained by removing the top cover.

hiya
dont remember giving assitance before but i'll try and help you if i can. when the machine starts to click around count how many times the doorlock/on off light flashes as this indicates a fault code. it will usually go something like, flash pause flash pause etc until it flashes quickly then it restarts the fault sequence.
if you could let me know how many times then i'll be able to diagnose the fault quicker.
hope this helps
please dont forget to rate the helpfulness of this reply, thanks kj

The program dial just keeps
Check the pressure switch -the system that determines correct water level in the drum. Its a round item about 3 inches across with several wires connected, it sits under the top cover. Its an air operated switch which tells the machine water has reached the correct level. Disconnect the thin rubber pipe from the switch and blow down through it to clear any blockage. Switch itself may be faulty but its more likely the pipe is blocked.
Also check the filter - generally located behind a panel at the foot of the machine. Some are obvious like little square hatches and some are hidden behind the trim panel at the foot of the machine. Once panel is removed the filter should be visible. Its generally a circular plastic fitting which unscrews in an anticlockwise direction. Some hotpoint, indesit and ariston filters are located in the big black sump hose (the one that leaves the bottom of the outer drum and connects to the pump). Remove the back cover, locate hose, remove the tensioner clip by squeezing the tabs together, remove the hose, take out filter and clean.
