The mixed load is for permanent press that can be in warm water (40 degrees). Then there is a cold water cycle for delicates (30 degrees). Remove the detergent tray and look in to the top were the tray goes in there is a water dispenser there with a lot of hole check that non of those holes are not blocked, if so use a tooth brush to clean the holes.
