my washer will do all the cycles but will not spin out the water I have tried to run it through an other cycle sometimes it works sometimes it don't any suggestions

First I made sure the detergent dispenser door was closed. That did not work. Then i made sure that the dispenser was clean, by running water thru it. That did not work,. Then I turned the dial to hand wash and pushed the start button. That worked. Delay light did not turn on. Then i turned the setting to the proper wash cycle and pushed the start button. Clothes are being washed now.

You can try this is you want. I can't promice you yhat it will work but it might be worth a try. Make sure the washer is on Press and hold the "SPIN SPEED" and the "SOIL LEVEL" buttons together, continue holding the buttons until a signal sounds then release them. This should reset your washer to the default factory settings.Hope it works for you. And you might also try unplugging it and see if it will reset it. GOOD LUCK !!
