Disconnect power and wipe down with vinegar and baking soda solution. Then plug in and heat the same solution for a minute or two. This should take that smell away.

AC fuse is located just near mains cord ends up inside the top cover,it is mounted on small PCB,DC fuse is not used generally only surge protector MOV is mounted on main PCB for safety of PCB assy.

Check the supply of HT transformer if ok then check HT diode by replacement still not ok then replace magnatron.

Noise may be due to turn table motor or cooling fan,watch and diagnose,if turn table motor is noise than replacement is solution,in the case of fan noise clean & oil it.

Problem is due to touch key assembly,get it replaced ,microwave will work perfectly.

Problem is due to faulty power supply in the PCB assembly,if you are technical person check the power supply components other wise consult technical person.

Get replaced the magnatron,this problem is due to faulty magnatron .

you can get the switches but you will need to disassemble the microwave. what makes you believe it is the switches?

Yes there is. go online and search for your model number parts. I like ereplacemant, but thee are several to choose from.

check the power plug or replace the breaker.

I would suggest unplugging it and counting to 10, then plugging it back in.
