Not the best idea. We had one in our garage where it got cold but not that awful cold. Not a good idea unless you want to take a chance.If the unit shuts down for a long time because of the cold the system could freeze or seize up.

i could be wrong, but, look along the bottom of the door to see if the seal is tight to the frame......if there is an air gap it is causing the floor to freeze the cold air....

Hi Linda. We have the identical model of Woods all-fridge and experienced this problem several times over the course of several months. Hopefully this is still timely.The short answer is that the clear flexible-plastic drain tube that runs from the inside rear of the fridge down to the catch tray (underneath the cabinet, next to the floor, behind the kick-plate) is sufficiently plugged (with some kind of gunk, probably from a spill inside the fridge) to cause a back-up. I suppose the inner diameter of the tube is maybe 3/16" so it can easily get clogged. Consequently, the water runs down the inside back of the fridge & eventually ends up in the depressions below the crispers. In our case, after those depressions filled (and I hadn\'t noticed), the water would run out onto the floor.Initially, I used a fine wire to poke some of the gunk out of the tube but I didn\'t get it all out. Just enuff to let some of the water get thru, but the tube would plug up again. After a few repeats of the problem, separated by a month or 2 each time, I decided a more "drastic" tube cleaning was required.I suppose a good strong compressed air blast might clear the tube completely, but I didn\'t have that available so I had to use a semi-flexible wire & sorta gunk out the tube. It\'s been about 1.5 yrs. since that more thorough tube cleaning & the problem hasn\'t come back, so I think the tube got plugged from a spill in the fridge (which thankfully hasn\'t re-occurred... yet). BTW, I don\'t have the manual either, but the lower part of the tubing is accessible from behind the fridge. I didn\'t pull it completely out (which might have disconnected it from its fitting), I simply reamed it out while it was in-place.Hope this has been of some help to you.Norm.

I am going to guess that it might be the fan and it is binding or has come loose and it hitting something.

Mop up the water and do not leave it so long before you defrost....

There is water accumulation at the bottom under the basket it forms a thick piece of Ice that we have to break in order to remove it every second day what can I do ..

His idea makes sense. If the noise stops sometimes, then pretty much that is it, especially if the noise is near the top of the freezer and not down below. Unfortunately some fans are hard to get to. Best of luck.

You need to take the door panel off

More than likely you have a clogged drain. This occurs when the machine goes into defrost and the melted ice somehow is prevented from draining and therefor refreezing and blocking the drain for the next defrost cycle. The best way to resolve this is to unplug the machine for atleast 24-48 hours to let all ice melt. Also note on the maytags these days they put a rubber piece called a duck bill on the bottom half of the drain which will also cause this over time.
