I have a women’s Relic watch ZR33535 without a battery in it. What is the correct replacement battery? The person at JCP spent 45 minutes trying to figure out what would work, but couldn’t find one that fit! HELP PLEASE

You might try contacting one of many sellers on eBay to ask. You might purchase a used watch and open it to see the quartz battery inside. Example for $3.99 on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/143454663966

Need directions to change links on relic zr77271 watch

Hello Charles Cooper and welcome to fixya. I have NEVER even seen a RELIC watch ( and am a amateur (unpaid horologist)) but I love all timepieces... A quick search of the internet reveals... A band tool... pin pusher (search on eBay) is REQUIRED to push the pins out of both sides of the link you will want to remove. The FIRST/BEST tool you will want to purchase will be at least a 10x power jeweler's loupe (magnifier). acekid answer below could be EXACTLY what you are looking for... not GENERIC ELSE... You will be pushing from the SMALL end. Generically... this does not require a lot of FORCE but it is WELL BEYOND any pressure any bare handed pressing can accomplish...!! ((( pin tool MIGHT be your best choice ))). Not really (novice) AMATEUR work...!! Nor is it ROCKET SCIENCE... but you would be well advised to get QUALITY mentoring... Which would result in your purchasing some QUALITY tools (plentiful/reasonable on eBay). Work on a fine weave cloth & NEVER over a carpet. Teeny screws can be found by shining a flash-light across the floor (or vacuuming with a fine mesh cloth inside your vacuum nozzle). The true/best way to find your required tools is to state your case and look on the WEB... (Pictures really help). Internet WISDOM is usually 80% BS & 90% just plain WRONG (or vise versa (I can never recall)). Good luck

WHAT SIZE BATTERY DOES A RELIC WATCH ZR15402 TAKE?

Hello Brandi M and welcome to fixya. I have NEVER even seen a RELIC watch ( and am a amateur (unpaid horologist)) but I love all timepieces... A quick search of the internet reveals... SR936SW (Sony) ... which is the same as a 394 Duracell... Which an AWI (American Watch Inst. ) cross-reference could give MANY MORE VARIOUS manufacturer's & numbers... Energizer 394... Renata, Varta... (etc.). The true/best way to find your battery number is to open the case and look... Internet WISDOM is usually 80% BS & 90% just plain WRONG (or vise versa (I can never recall)). Good luck

I have a Relic watch #ZR11960 and need two links. Are they available for purchase?

Go to a store that sells those watches and see if they can help you. Take the watch with you.

How to remove back cover on a relic watch to replace the battery

There is two methods of removing the back of this style of watch. Look closely at the back of the watch. If it is completely smooth there will be a notch or groove where you can gently, but firmly, lever the back cover off. Use a small screwdriver or a thin flat edged tool, NOT a knife! Refitting is a firm, constant pressure over the whole of the back cover. If there are regular notches, grooves or holes or around the edge of the cover it is a 'screw off' cover. You may need a specialist tool to remove these back plates. Depending on how much the watch is worth and the cost of the battery it is probably just as easy to get a watch repair shop to do it for you. 2c3c1164-bb7d-47a9-a089-a0fc798b3852-50nkyy3cgdnmj3qdf2bfrate-4-0.jpeg

I NEED TO KNOW WHAT SIZE BATTERY DOES A RELIC WATCH TAKE MODEL #ZR11755 TAKE?

When you open the watch, the old battery usually has a number on the back, for example, CR2025 If that is the same as yours, it is easy to buy another battery at most retail stores and online with Amazon or eBay.
