Hiya, I have just ordered some new wheels for my Cleo today. You If you go onto their website you can get the number for customer service. You will need your model number which will be found on a while label on the frame. It should end with the letter U. Still not solved email me on [email protected] and I will do my best to help.

If you put your hand down the back of the seat there is a strap with a 'holder' on it. If you tighten this as far as it will go this should hold it up. To lie it back again just release the 'holder'. Look at the rear strap

I have the exact same swing with the exact same problem, sometimes it will come on and sometimes it does absolutely nothing. It has made me very angry because i took it apart and cleaned the internals up, when i put it back together, it worked fine until my baby wanted to swing the next day, and then it refused to work again. Now the pile of junk is sitting at the edge of my yard after i slung it out the door. My advice, Throw it in the trash where it belongs and go buy a different brand because Graco is TRASH.
