How do I set the date
The knob on the center/right "unscrews" if you turn it counter clockwise. This will allow you to pull it outward: Do so one click's worth. Then turn the knob in reverse. This advances the days one at a time. Push back in and screw knob back in until snug.

How do I set the time and date?
Twist the crown until you can pull it back one notch. This will set the alarm by twisting in one direction. If you twist it in the other direction, you will set the date. Pull back one more notch and this will set the time. One you've done this, push and tighten the crown back in and press the bottom right hand button. The second hand should begin moving.

You have the watch set so that midnight is showing as noon. Advance the watch 12 hours and then reset the date to the proper setting.
