1. Press and release the hang-up switch (or FLASH key) to put your call on hold.
2. Listen for three brief tones, then the normal dial tone. Press *70.
3. Press and release the hang-up switch (or FLASH key) again to continue your original call.

Even without 'make model (what it is)' as the first 3 words in all questions, I can tell you this is very unlikely. Each extension has a standalone list, granny in the basement flat only wants her friends from the Bridge Club, your son only wants his make on the ball team, and your daughter only wants her boyfriend. Could be be disastrous if granny phoned the boyfriend and says "would you like to come round for a hand". You can Google make model manual open it, click CTRL+F and and type in 'synch contacts' or similar and press enter.

Why don't you check with a reverse phone number website? You can find them by searching the web for for "reverse phone number lookup". Once you've found one, you enter the phone number, and the website tells you who it belongs to. Unless the person has had their name blocked, then there's no way to find out, other than calling the number and asking them.
