Shooting modes

What is the best situation to use each of the shooting modes? The shooting modes are described as follows: Program Auto (Factory default setting) Program Auto mode is used for regular photography. The camera automatically makes the settings for natural color balance. Other functions, such as the flash mode and metering, can be adjusted manually. Portrait Portrait mode is suitable for taking a portrait-style picture of a person. The camera automatically sets the optimal shooting conditions. Landscape + Portrait Landscape + Portrait mode is suitable for taking photos which include both your subject and the landscape. The camera automatically sets the optimal shooting conditions. Landscape Landscape mode is suitable for taking pictures of landscapes and other outdoor scenes. The camera automatically sets the optimal shooting conditions. Night scene Night scene mode is suitable for shooting pictures in the evening or at night. The camera sets a slower shutter speed than is used in normal shooting. If you take a picture of a street at night in any other mode, the lack of brightness will result in a dark picture with only dots of light showing. In this mode, the true appearance of the street is captured. The camera automatically sets the optimal shooting conditions. If you use the flash, you can take pictures of both your subject and the night background. Self-portrait Self-portrait mode enables you to take a picture of yourself while holding the camera. Point the lens towards yourself, and the focus will be locked on you. The camera automatically sets the optimal shooting conditions. The zoom is fixed in the wide position and cannot be changed. QuickTime Movie QuickTime Movie mode lets you record movies with sound. The focus and zoom are locked. If the distance to the subject changes, the focus may be compromised.

4310-WONT MEMORISE LONG DISTANCE ACCESS CODES ALSO

Hi,

Unfortunately the manual for your product is not available in English, so I can only give you general instructions.
The 16 digits limit is normal and depends on phone specifications. 16 is the maximum size for stored number.
If the number is not being stored , that may happen because you are using a number that the phone does not recognise as valid. Probably this phone does not allow call transfer to this kind of number.
Ensure that you are following thoroughly the instructions, if the phone is not storing settings , then the number entered is not valid.
Test distance access code with a different number.

Also ensure that you are using the phone in the country where the phone was originally purchased, or the phone may not work as it should.

Answers that resolve the problems. Not opinions.......we all have those.

Hello again Mike. and now you are in the category 'Landline Phones;' rather than Cell Phones, so perhaps it is a phone after all. Contact the cellphone carrier, or but a new Landline Phone. ..

Main Handset saying Out of Range, Other 2 alright tried re-registering it but no luck. Asked for a PIN number but I don't remember putting one in when I first set it up.

Good question but no 'make model (what it is). Base units have an antenna, make sure it is extended. Make sure the batteries in the satellite hand sets are good as they send out the signal to the base unit to be 'in range'. Not sure about the PIN request, refer to the manual. They are all online. Google make model manual ..

Why is this section of the forum titled Lands Phones? The accepted label of Landline Phone has been used for decades. Why the plural form of Land?

Because when the site was started June 2005, it was staffed by IT kids adding categories on the fly as questions were being added. You can't expect youngsters to know basic English Language. The standard of written English in questions on this website is quite frankly, appalling. I edit nearly every question I answer, and many that I don't answer. I will see if I can get it changed. I have requested it and our other Admin said he also wondered why?..

SONIM XP 3800 VOICEMAIL INDICATOR STAYS ON BUT,NO MESSAGES=? TRIED POWERING OFF-PROBLEM STARTED 2/WEEKS AGO.

1. First, try resetting your phone by powering it off completely and then turning it back on after a few seconds. This can sometimes resolve minor software glitches.
2. If the problem persists, you can try contacting your mobile service provider and ask them to reset your voicemail on their end. They might be able to resolve the issue from their system.
3. Another option is to manually check your voicemail and listen to any existing messages. Sometimes, even if you've listened to a message, the indicator might stay on. By checking your voicemail and ensuring there are no unread messages, it might help clear the indicator.

If none of these steps work, it could be a more complex issue that might require technical support from Sonim or your mobile service provider. They should be able to provide further assistance. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with!
