I have a Brother Lock Serger. 1034D The Pressure foot Lever just spins around.

If you can remove the cover on the left side you will see the presser foot bar. On the bar there will be a screw that may be loose. Turn the handwheel until the needle is all the way down and lift the foot manually until just before it makes contact with the needle clamp and tighten the screw on the presser foot bar. That should do it.

Looking for a Brother Serger 1034DX needle plate. Nobody has it.

Yes you are right, it is not available anywhere. If it was this specially crafted search link would find it. Lots of 1034D available. You would have to have one made if you have a broken one as a pattern. Or buy a Juki as suggested on Reddit. https://www.google.com/search?q=brother+serger+%221034dx%22+%22needle+plate%22 https://www.reddit.com/r/sewing/comments/sdkw99/need_help_finding_a_needle_plate_for_a_brother/?rdt=45300 ..

I have the Brother LS2300 and when I push the pedal to begin sewing it tangles and becomes unthreaded

This is most likely a threading or a tension issue. Take out both the top and bottom threads. Clean all the areas you can get to, top and bottom, to remove any tiny pieces of thread and fluff. You'll be surprised how much trouble two or three little bits of old thread can cause. Re-thread the machine and check your tension settings. Are you using a different type/brand of thread, have you changed the needle or are you sewing a different type of fabric? These can all affect how a machine sews so you might need to adjust your tension settings.

I have continued looping on bottom. Brother SE 1900

Have you tried adjusting the bobbin tension? There's a small screw on the bobbin case so the bobbin can be adjusted. only turn the screw a little at a time. Also be sure your top tension isok. However if you still need help these days you can buy a new bobbin case and a new top tension, both will be adjusted already to use from the factory. don't let it drive you crazy they sell the preadjusted parts for us few that just want to sew not be a tech to just sew a blouse etc. I hope this helps. good luck Lynn

I think my machine is a Brother XR35 and every single time I click the pedal to sew there is no movement except that it brings out AC or engine sounds. So what do I do?

Question edited for clarity. "air conditioning or engine sounds"? You mean like the motor is running? It sounds like the belt has broken or come off the pulleys. https://www.google.com/search?q=brother+xr+35+replace+belt ..

Brother PC-3000 Sewing Machine won't wind the bobbin. It makes a terrible sound. Brother stopped making the whole winding part. What it can be done?

It just needs cleaning and servicing (terrible sounds = lubrication). Parts seldom need replacing, it just needs tightening up. Service centres can usually get parts.

My dog ran past the foot controller and jerked the cord out. Now it reads an error F04 Foot controller breaker. I have tried a different foot controller and still shows the error. Can I fix this?

The error message F04 Foot Controller Breaker likely indicates that the foot controller has shorted out or is no longer functioning properly. Depending on the device you are using, it may be possible to repair it yourself, but in many cases, you will need to send it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If you have tried using a different foot controller and are still seeing the error message, it is possible that the problem is with the device itself, rather than the foot controller. You may want to check the wiring and connections for any visible damage, and make sure that all cables are properly connected and secure. If you are unable to resolve the issue yourself, it may be best to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or information on how to obtain a repair or replacement.

Pedal on Brother XL-3200 has to be pushed far before engaging, making a grrrrrr noise before catching. Then machine will sew. But to fast for me to catch. Is it the pedal needs replacing?

t's possible that the pedal for your Brother XL-3200 sewing machine needs replacing. The issue you described with it needing to be pushed far before engaging and making a grinding noise before catching, could indicate a problem with the pedal mechanism. It's always a good idea to consult a sewing machine repair specialist to diagnose the issue and determine the best solution. They may be able to repair the existing pedal, or recommend a replacement if necessary.

Embroidery machine thread getting stuck!

The error message "Check and rethread the upper thread" on your Brother PE550D embroidery machine can be caused by a few different things. Here are some things you can try to fix the problem:
  1. Make sure that the thread is loaded correctly and the thread guides are properly adjusted. Refer to the manual or the threading diagram on the machine for specific instructions.
  2. Check the tension of the upper thread. The tension should be adjusted according to the type and weight of the fabric being used.
  3. Check the bobbin case and make sure it is loaded correctly and the tension is adjusted properly.
  4. Clean the bobbin case and the race hook, and make sure there is no lint or debris that could be causing the thread to bunch up.
  5. Check the needle, make sure it is the correct size and type for the thread and fabric you're using, and that it is inserted correctly and tightened securely.
  6. Inspect the silver arm on the left and make sure it is not bent or damaged and that it moves freely.
  7. Make sure that the presser foot is in the correct position and that the presser foot lever is in the proper position.
  8. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it may be best to take the machine to a professional technician or contact the manufacturer for further assistance or service.
It is important to note that, the above steps are general troubleshooting steps, and the actual problem can be caused by different things, so it is best to consult a service manual for your specific Brother PE550D embroidery machine or contact the manufacturer for more detailed and accurate information.
