Dark crusade and soulstorm are diffrent game's so will have separate cd key code's , the codes should be on the back of the booklet's that came with ya cd's . I have all the warhammer code's if you would like to try them my e-mail is [email protected] if you would like them contact me and il e-mail ya back asap.

i think i know how to solve it. go to computer and right click on the game icon. go down to explore.click that.go to direct x9.double click on it and go to dx setup and try to install it.
i sincerely hope it works.

THQ won't replace the cd key for you but the offer to sell you another copy of the game for 15$ all other ways to get another key would be illegal. Maybe you will find a cheap original on ebay

Your using a illegal version of windows or trying to play on mac.
Sorry man you will need a new computer or get a LEGAL version of windows.

Try putting CD1 in!
if that doesnt work or youve allready done it
find out if the disc is dirty or scratched..
and if all else fails go into the cd through the computer.

Try running the game as an Administrator.

to do this, right click on the icon and select properties, then go to the compatibility tab and select it and hit okay.


If that does not work, try going back into compatibility mode and selecting run in compatibility mode and then select windows 98

well i don't know if this will work for you but it did for me. Right clik the games icon and select properties (in the bottom of the list). When a window apears look at the top of it. you should see some buttons select the compatability button. when you see the compatability version clik on it and select windows server 2003 (service pack 2) and then use from the down right corner. It should work now, or at least it worked for me

You need to to right click on desktop screen area and select graphics properties option from there and adjust your screen resolution to 1280X768 or something.
Alternatively, you can go to display in control panel and from there adjust your screen resolution and make it some where around 1280X768 or something.

And you will then be able to play the game you want to.
