Check the following,
- Speakers, connecting cables and Sound Card are working fine by connecting to another computer.
- OR
- If the connection ok increase your volume and open the cable from the pc.
Now you will touch the stereo jack, can you can listen a sound when touch the jack. If you will not get any sound, think there is the problem in your amplifier or audio system has not any voltage. To confirm the voltage check by multi miter or can go any local Technician .If the voltage is ok, think your sound system defected and should go to Technician.
- If your sound system is ok
- Speaker Cable connect to an audio port (Audio/Video port in system box).
- Ensure Volume is not in MUTE / Low (in Volume Controller).
- Audio drivers have installed.
- To confirm follow next step or ROLL BACK THE DRIVER

• Go to Start>
• Control panel>
• Double click on "System" Icon> (it shows the System PropertiesWindow)
• Select "Hardware" Tab>
• Select "Device Manager" Tab> (it shows the Device Manager Window)
• Select "Sound, video and game controllers">
• Expand "+" symbol> (check the audio Codec's, Legacy Audio Drivers andothers are not in Questioned Mark (?) symbol with yellow color. If there needto install the drivers).
