If this is a new install from a new purchase, always give the manufacturer a call because they should know what it is compatable with and walk you thru most common problems.

Normally after you have done the Greeting card you select file from the menu and then save as, a new window comes op here you choise the name and in wich format( ex. .jpg, .tiff, .pdf) you would like to save it. Choise the map where you would like to have it and can find it again and then press save

I have the same problem when trying to install on Vista (Home version), except it freezes at 4% intalling fonts. Have tried to adjust setup.exe properties to compatible options, still doesn't work. Also used Windows Vista compatability wizard with no luck.

if there are they will be on their website, but i'm going to say you've probably made that software useless and will have to buy a new program

You need to install from the CD in the new PC. Transferring software installed in Windows cannot be transferred to another machine. This can be achieved on Apple Mac computers.

u need to run the windows on safe mode then uninstall this program cause it's really stops ur computer when u run it

If you know the path where it wa sinstalled go to the folder and just delete the folder where it was installed. Most programs are Installed into a folder in C:/Program Files
Look there and find the folder you want and delete it. Even if the program still shows up in the "add or remove" menu, it is actually deleted and wont take up anymore space on your hardrive.

You just click the start button,then click control panel> Add remove program after that choose the program you want to remove

do this: click on START-PROGRAMS-ACESSORIES-SYSTEM TOOLS-SYSTEM RESTORE, here take your system back to a date that it worked perfectly, you won't loose any newly added files, but the old aplication you're talking about will go and your system will be fine. good luck

have you tried to re-install the photosmart printer? You may want to go to hp.com and see if there is a patch that you can download for your software Or try going to the broderbund site and see if they have a patch there thet you can download Hope this helps :)

CreataCard Platinum 6 is designed to be used with Windows 95/98/2000/Me or NT 4 and XP, therefore in order to run it in Vista I'd suggest to run your program using Compatinity Mode --> Go to your Desktop --> Right click on the program icon--> Properties-->Compatibility--> select one of the versions above

Uninstall Printmaster or right click on file to be opened and select open with, and in the prompt select "always open with..."

You need to go to their web site. If an update is available you will be able to dowload it there.

The SmartDownload version is not compatible with Microsoft Vista. Check system requirements for Vista compatibility before purchasing the CD version.

It looks as though American Greetings has discontinued CreataCard which means they shut down the online content. There is no solution as American Greetings no longer supports the product.

The program is not compatible with Windows Vista.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to Broderbund Graphics Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE Choose Task Manager That will show all instances of the program being open. Did print shop 3 work properly in win 7? If so you should never have updated. See all the grief it has caused you? Go back and install the 3.0 version and leave well enough alone Or maybe that program is not compatible at all with your OS.I have mo bo's that will not load XP but will work fine with anything prior to that. Computers are unpredictable and down right ornery at times but we need them so have to play by their rules.
