Blodgett CTBR-1 Serial 060716MA119S makes a clicking sound then heating element will kick on/off. Electrician feels like it's a bad relay, but which one? There are 3 on the parts list I looked at.

I have an Old Lang EHS-T convection oven and need to replace the element. The part # is 2n-11090-24. I'm having difficulty finding this part. Is there a substitute I can use for this element?

Once after checking that the specs are the same the parts can be used in different equipment despite the various brands the spec are what is important alone with the dimenssion so that it can fit

Hi. I have a blodgett 900 series pizza oven. The gas shuts off when the oven is at its hottest. I have cleaned the flue & air bricks. I have new pilot & thermocouple & it still goes out. My service engineer thinks the thermostat is faulty but would this cause the oven to go out?

How do I replace the oven glass on Blodgett DFG-50

it has been some time since I have done this but if I remember correctly, the replacement glass comes with a special tool for the trim around the glass and instructions. I suggest calling a supplier, such as Restaurant Parts and More, Heritage Parts, or PartsTown and ask if this is still the case that the tool and instructions are included with the glass.
