I suggest you look/go/search for furniture maker so that they can do what ever you like for the crib..

That was just my suggestion so that you can have an Idea..
If it does not solve your problem please do not pay for it..

Since Simplicity has gone out of business, rather than waste time tracking down parts and pieces, I would pack it up and take it to Walmart.

Please note, Simplicity has gone out of business and the Simplicity Cribs should NOT be used as cribs. They were sold at Walmart, Target and BabiesRUs. The word on the street is that Walmart is the easiest to deal with when it comes to returning them. Those who wish to return Simplicity cribs don't need a receipt, they can just take them to Walmart for store credit. BabiesRUs was apparently giving about $65 while Walmart was closer to $190. Again, this is just what I have heard from others.

If you do want to use your Simplicity crib as a Toddler Bed or a full bed, I have not read any warnings against this. Again, I might just take it to Walmart anyway and get a store credit and perhaps buy a new convertible crib. You can get some great ones on Amazon for around $150 with delivery included.

use a piece of thin wire to determine the depth of the screw hole so you will know the length of the screw you need.

Next carefully measure the width of the opening where you would screw it in.

Now go to a hardware store and ask someone to help you.
You will need pan head screws that fit the hole and depth you have.

I've tried calling Simplicity their number is disconnected. I've tried emailing, their email is no longer working - it got sent back to me. I've tried researching the crib on their website, their website is "under construction" and does not include any information on it right now. Not sure if they're going to be around to assist with this. The only way you will be albe to purchase parts is if you find off like ebay but ive looked there too. I have the same crib and no luck had to just bite the bullet and buy a bed. Sorry for the bad news.
