I bet you have at least one friend who could test it for you. Without diagnosis, it is impossible to tell if the battery charger is working, as you are just seeing a glowing LED. The wire or the plug may be broken. You need to test the power at the plug where is charges the unit. The battery may have failed or isn't holding a charge or the contact ON the battery may be faulty. Or, the switch is broken. Or, the motor in the sweeper is broken. Only a test meter can solver the puzzle :>)
