Red light comes on after charging my ergorapido
I had the same problem. Red light would come on after charging was complete. On investigation I found that there is a small gray wire that runs from the rear batteries to a large solder spot on the control board. Upon re-soldering this wire I got an additional 3 V of power and the red light does not come on anymore after it is charged. I can vacuum the whole house and then some and still not run the batteries down.

How to take off the handle once it is clicked in
I would check the user manual. That said, the following may or may not fit your model: Ensure that the hard floor cleaner is powered off and unplugged to avoid any accidents.
Push a flathead screwdriver into the hole guidance, located at the back towards the bottom of the handle.
The handle can then be released by pulling upwards.
If this does not work, you may need to contact the manufacturer's customer service. Don't be embarrassed about that. Devices are often tricky about assembly and disassembly and offer one very elusive way to come apart or require special tools.

This is the first time
yes you should get some kind of power indicated that power is on the machine i would first check the circuit breaker and then assure that you have power coming out of the outlet after which you could then use a multimeter to folow where you do have power going to sometimes it could also be a bad switch on the unit itself but first assure where you do have power going to and any further questions message me back Thanks Rick

The steamer is on, but does not produce any steam?
The most likely reasons are
the heating element has failed
or it is blocked with limescale
All question need full 'make model (what is is)' please. Very often specific models have 'history'.
Google
make model no steam

What kind of thermal fuse do i need for a Haan Si-35R steamer mop ?
Unfortunately, I don't have specific information on the Haan Si-35R steamer mop, including details about its thermal fuse. However, I can provide you with some general guidance on thermal fuses.
A thermal fuse is a safety device that interrupts the flow of electricity in case of overheating. They are typically designed to be non-resettable and need to be replaced if they are triggered. Here are some steps you can take to determine the type of thermal fuse needed for your steamer mop:
1. **Check the Manual:**
Refer to the user manual or any documentation that came with your Haan Si-35R steamer mop. The manual may contain information about the thermal fuse, its specifications, and where to obtain a replacement.
2. **Inspect the Existing Thermal Fuse:**
If the thermal fuse in your steamer mop has blown, you can inspect the fuse itself for any markings or labels that indicate its specifications. Note down any information such as voltage, current, and temperature rating.
3. **Contact the Manufacturer:**
Reach out to Haan customer support or the manufacturer to inquire about the specific thermal fuse needed for your model. They may be able to provide you with the exact specifications or recommend a suitable replacement.
4. **Measure the Fuse:**
If you have the technical expertise and the necessary tools, you can measure the dimensions of the existing thermal fuse and check its electrical specifications. Be cautious and ensure the device is unplugged before attempting any measurements.
5. **Professional Assistance:**
If you're uncertain about the replacement process or lack the technical knowledge, consider seeking assistance from a professional appliance repair service. They may have access to replacement parts and can ensure the correct installation.
When replacing a thermal fuse, it's crucial to use a fuse with the same or equivalent specifications to maintain the safety and proper functioning of the appliance. Using an incorrect or incompatible thermal fuse can pose a safety risk.
Keep in mind that the availability of replacement parts may vary, and it's essential to obtain the correct part for your specific model. Always prioritize safety and, if in doubt, consult with the manufacturer or a qualified technician.
