Be Carefull Of The Proppeller As It Can Cause Serious Injury To A Person If You Are In The Path Of Its Rotation. You Can Run It For a Short Period As The Water Keeps The Electric Motor Cool. have you tried bypassing switch's and control's hook 12 v directly to motor to check speed?

not seating right or bad sensor switch.

Have you inquired with a local dealer? Iam sure you can get one off internet.

Have you taken the steering handle with the switch inside apart. It's either dirty contacts or wore out tiller handle.
