My iRobot Roomba keeps showing full even after cleaning and wont run?

If Roomba continues to indicate the bin is full after you have emptied the bin, it means you have not thoroughly cleaned the bin full sensors and/or the sensor ports. After you have cleaned all six full bin sensors and ports, it may be necessary to clear the error by rebooting the robot.

My roomba 980 has an error10 left. So I purchased new module wheel inserted it and it's still saying error 10 left. HELP !

If your Roomba 980 is still displaying an error 10 (left wheel error) after installing a new module wheel, it could be due to a problem with the new module wheel or with another part of the vacuum. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
  1. Make sure that the new module wheel is properly installed and seated in the vacuum.
  2. Check the connections between the module wheel and the vacuum's main board to make sure they are secure and not loose.
  3. Check the left wheel and the left wheel motor to make sure they are not damaged or malfunctioning.
  4. If the problem persists after trying these troubleshooting steps, you may need to take the vacuum to a repair center for further diagnosis and repair.
I hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any other questions.

What does err 1 mean on irobot roomba

Overview. Error one (1) means your robot is on an obstacle or an uneven surface and a side wheel is stuck. If this is the case, lift your robot off the floor, place it in the center of the room, and restart the clean cycle. If this error occurred on a flat surface, check the wheels for obstructions. Roomba 650 tire treads are slick. How to replace them without having to buy new wheels from roomba?

Paint them with contact adhesive and let it dry for 24 hours. Give it a second coat and let that dry. You now have a grippy surface. You could even add some elastic bands to the adhesive. I use this and it comes with a brush. https://www.lowes.ca/product/construction-adhesive/lepage-250ml-contact-cement-adhesive-272899 ..

My roomba bounces at certain points on our carpet. It is like it is running over something but there is nothing on the floor on top of the carpet. What is causing the bounces?

Your carpet may have thickened seams. Therefore, the robot can bounce a little when it passes through these places. I have some vintage rugs from the DorisLeslieBlau gallery. Since they are made by hand, their seams are not always perfectly executed. But this makes them unique. But as for cleaning them, I prefer to leave it to the professionals. Due to the fact that the carpet is painted with natural colors, the usual cleaning products can do harm. So pay attention to it too!

Want to print off an instruction manual for roomba 652 lost mine

Many Roomba manuals are available here: https://homesupport.irobot.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/843/p/3721/c/255;252 . The direct link to the US version of the manual for the Roomba 600 series vacuums is https://homesupport.irobot.com/euf/assets/images/faqs/roomba/600/legacy/manual/en-US.pdf . The 652 isn't listed separately. However, I suspect the 650 and 652 are very similar. I hope this helps. My 980 iRobot Roomba keeps asking for debris extractors to be cleaned even though I have thoroughly cleaned everything - how do I fix this?

Hello. I had same problem. I cleaned casters but still got extractor error. Problem was one of the casters would not spin as well as the other. When sitting in the unit , you should be able to hand turn them. What I did was take off the yellow cap and then use pliers to hold the metal part and manually turned the caster to loosen it up and get it to spin again . Some hair was knotted holding it back and this helped me clean out / clear out the rest of the debris. Once I got it spinning again, worked find. Hope this helps.

My Roomba quits working after ten or fifteen minutes. I've had it for three years with no problems until this. Is it the battery?

Replace battery, they don’t hold charge as much as new ones, when you leave it charging everyday and use it one or twice a week battery will max out on charges

My Roomba sat on charger but it kept saying Charge Roomba. I cleaned the 2 contacts on both charger and the Roomba. Now it's not saying anything. How can I tell if it's charging?

I'm far from a Roomba expert and only clicked on your question out of curiosity given my background and as there was a similar question earlier Id passed. A little research... Roomba NiMh battery pack is 14.4 v full charge. NiMh charging is a bit complicated, suffice to say it will eventually go well over 16V. I would expect the charging station to have an initial charge voltage in excess of 12.5V. What I don't know is if its always on or waits to see if a load (roomba) attaches and then turns on its output. So if you measured the power, contacts on the charger with a voltmeter and you get better than 12V likely its good, but really need to know what the voltage is when Roomba (with nominal battery pack) is docked. Its likely the battery pack in the Roomba has a bad cell and will need replaced. You could measure the battery voltage but likely its low from not taking a charge. If its 14+ then the charger is working and the Roomba is misreporting.
